We are not responsible for ANY damage to the decals or any surface it is being applied to during installation by the customer. If you, as a customer, are not certain about the decal installation procedure, it is your sole responsibility to seek this information from a qualified source. Please read and follow our instructions properly.

www.fusion-decals.com ("Fusion Decals") and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at fusion-decals.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future www.fusion-decals.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with fusion-decals.com, whether or not included in the fusion-decals.com website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

BY PURCHASING FROM FUSION-DECALS.COM ("FUSION DECALS") YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

FUSION-DECALS.COM ("Fusion Decals") is NOT responsible for:

  1. Customer's Failure to Provide Accurate Shipping Information:
    Ensure your shipping address is up to date with PayPal, Google, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces. Incorrect addresses may result in the order being shipped to the wrong address.

  2. Customer Errors Placing Orders:
    Double-check the contents of your shopping cart before checking out. Once your order is finalized, we cannot modify, remove, add, or cancel items.

  3. Shipping Loss or Damage:
    Once the package leaves our hands, Fusion Decals has no control over USPS/UPS/DHL mishandling or damaging items. We package orders using crush-proof boxes, moisture bags, cardboard inserts, and silica packets to capture any moisture present when the decals are placed in the airtight bag, to avoid damage even if the box gets damaged by the carrier. If an item is delivered damaged, it is the responsibility of USPS/UPS/DHL. Customers have the option of shipping insurance, which must be arranged prior to placing the order.

  4. Improper Installation of Products:
    We offer a free "Installation Guide" on our website to help with the installation of our products. All customers who purchase a pre-made kit for their vehicle will receive instructions with their purchase. If you are not comfortable installing a product, we recommend seeking assistance from a professional installer to minimize any risks. Any professional window tinter, body shop, or detailer should be able to install the products we sell.

  5. Customer Misinterpretation of Products:
    Please read our product descriptions before purchasing to know exactly what you are getting, as all sales are final.

  6. Typographical Errors Made by the Customer:
    Always check your spelling. We produce orders exactly as we receive them, so any typos submitted will appear on the final product. Corrections must be made by the customer before the order is submitted.

Warranty:
Since we are not there to install the customer's product, nor can we confirm the product(s) were applied properly, we cannot offer a warranty. Our products will last for 5-7+ years if applied correctly. Customers must ensure proper surface preparation before applying our products. We use top-of-the-line materials from Orafol, 3M, and Vvivid, all made in the USA/Canada. All products are individually inspected before they are packaged and shipped. You, the customer, acknowledge that no warranty is provided in connection with any of the products or services described herein. Fusion Decals is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the sale of products, site-related services, and/or content or information contained within the site. Fusion Decals is not responsible for any damage to the decals/graphics, or the surface it is being applied to during installation. If you are uncertain about the decal installation procedure, it is your sole responsibility to seek this information from a qualified source or our provided guide.
