At Fusion Decals, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and satisfying as possible. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, leading to a return. Here is our policy regarding restocking fees, designed with transparency and fairness in mind.

Standard Returns
We are pleased to offer no restocking fees on items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original condition. This means the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees may apply and or be deducted from the refund, this depends the market place.

Exceptions and Conditions
While we aim to make returns as easy as possible, restocking fees may apply under certain conditions to ensure fairness and maintain quality standards. These conditions include but are not limited to:

  • Damaged Items: If an item is returned to us damaged or in a condition that indicates it was used beyond simply opening the packaging, a restocking fee may be charged.
  • Not in Original Condition: For items that are returned without their original packaging, missing tags, wrinkled, dirty, used, or altered in any way that diminishes their value, a restocking fee may apply. This is especially pertinent for our decals, which must not be unrolled or tampered with to ensure they remain in a resell-able condition.


Restocking Fee Structure
The restocking fee will be calculated as a percentage of the item's purchase price, as follows:

  • Minor Damage or Wear: 50% of the item's price.
  • Significant Damage or Use: Up to 100% of the item's price, depending on the extent of damage or use.

How to Avoid a Restocking Fee
To avoid a restocking fee, please ensure that:

  • The item is packed securely in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and paperwork are attached, and the item has not been used or unrolled (for decals).
  • You include all original documents, accessories, and packaging.
