Disclaimer & Return Policy
- If the vinyl is installed wrong Fusion Decals is not responsible to make a re cut. We highly suggest you read the installation thoroughly or use a professional installer!
- If your decal arrives damaged (bent, creased or ripped) due to the package arriving damaged then contact Fusion Decals as soon as possible (24hrs) with photo evidence. We need these photos as soon as the package arrives. This is to confirm the damage and to file an insurance claim with USPS. USPS also requires photo evidence to submit a claim. The faster we can file a claim the faster we can start making a new order for you to replace the decals.
- Fusion Decals will pay the return shipping costs of an item. Only if the return is a result of our error that you received an incorrect or defective item.

If you need to return an item, simply email Admin@fusion-decals.com and request a RMA # This will be marked on your returned item packaging label. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item (See Below). You must have a RMA # to return any products to Fusion Decals, if a package arrives without a RMA # the item will be refused by our shipping department. You can also request a RMA via your account Login.
Restocking Fees & Requirements - Can you return you order?
We have 3 separate return policies depending on the condition of the product, see below. All orders are photographed during Contruction for our protection.
Policy #1 - General Returns -
You may return unopened items within 30 days for a refund with a 0-20% restocking fee, shipping fees are not refundable. All returns will be inspected thoroughly before a potential refund will be processed. -- Restocking fees will vary by marketplace.
Policy #2 - Open Box - [Decals completely removed, Unrolled, & Repackaged]
You may return an open package where the contents were removed and unrolled this can not be resold as new. The restocking fee will range from 20% - 100%, This depends on what damage the items have and their potential for resale. Items may have dirt on the paper or tape, minor tape damage or crinkled paper outside of the decal, or any other imperfection that does not affect the installation of the decal would likely be deemed usable. Make sure to follow our return instructions Any crinkles, scratches, rips in the decal vinyl itself or missing items are subject to NO REFUND for the damaged sections. All returns will be inspected thoroughly and photo or video documented before a potential refund will be processed. -- Restocking fees will vary by marketplace.
Policy #3 - Custom Designed Decals- Your decal is completely custom or was a existing design that was customized and is unique to Fusion Decals marketplace offerings. This item CAN NOT BE RETURNED. However we will work with you for a very reasonable fee if you need replacement decals due to improper installation or mishandling etc.
Wrong Shipping Address:
We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customer's responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.
We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipment:
If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.
