Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund with a 25% restocking fee. If the vinyl is installed wrong "Fusion Decals" is not responsible for making a recut. We highly suggest you read the installation FAQs (Dry Method, Wet Method) thoroughly! If your vinyl decal is damaged (bent, creased or ripped) contact "Fusion Decals" within 24hrs for a free replacement. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (4 to 8 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email Support@fusion-decals.com and request an RMA # (This will be marked on your returned item packaging). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You must have an RMA # to return any products to "Fusion Decals" if a package arrives without an RMA # the item will be refused by our shipping department. You can also request an RMA via your account Login.

Wrong Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customer's responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.

Delayed Shipment:

We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipment:

If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.

Pricing Policy:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do have a currency converter on our site. Items in your shopping cart will always reflect their most recent price. Some discounts and special offers are for a limited time only.
