We are looking into this as your order included tax which etsy collected, however etsy does not yet offer prepaid calculated lables that include import duty fees, this is offered by DHL and is integrated into our website. However etsy and ebay do not offer this and etsy's system does not offer proper pre calculated international shipping options. However if you can send us a copy of the fees so we can verify you were not double charged local tax\VAT and we can try to help with the import fees. If you were double billed for tax we can try to help as we have photo evidence of this being pre paid prior to shipping and the package was marked with this information for UPS. Etsy customer service can also help if you were double billed for tax. If your just refering to import duties please let us know and send us a copy we can see if we can help with that.
